SANY Renewable Energy reported a 300% increase in overseas revenue during the first half of 2026, signaling a rapid expansion of its international footprint. At WindEnergy Hamburg, the company showcased a portfolio bolstered by 5 GW in signed international orders and a new DNV certification for its SI-17578EU turbine.
SANY’s global installed capacity currently stands at 1,462.35 MW, with projects spanning Latin America, Central Asia, and Europe. Recent successes include a 100 MW cluster in Kazakhstan and the fault-free commissioning of the Zuera Autoconsumo project in Spain. These milestones reflect a broader push toward international standards, supported by the company’s recent inclusion in S&P Global’s Tier 1 wind turbine supplier list. Guo Xiaoming, Deputy Dean of the SANY Renewable Energy Wind Turbine Research Institute, emphasized that the firm’s strategy now prioritizes grid resilience and AI-driven power sector applications to sustain this growth.
