During the September 22 annual general meeting, investors overwhelmingly re-elected the existing slate of seven directors and retained PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as the corporation's independent auditors for the coming fiscal year.

Following the director elections, shareholders moved to confirm the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as auditors. The resolution passed with 99.94% of the vote, securing the firm's role in overseeing the company's financial reporting for the upcoming year. The board of directors retains the authority to finalize the specific remuneration for the auditors.
