The new division integrates Atlantic’s existing expertise in data analytics, intelligent automation, and Microsoft Modern Work. By consolidating capabilities gained through the acquisitions of BrainSell and Interloop, the company aims to move clients beyond fragmented software stacks toward a unified operational strategy. According to CEO Jason Weiss, the initiative serves as a response to the growing disparity between well-resourced enterprises and mid-market firms struggling to scale their digital infrastructure.
Atlantic Launches Activated Intelligence to Bridge Mid-Market Data Gaps
Half of CEOs report that recent technology investments have left their organizations with disconnected, piecemeal systems. In response, New York-based provider Atlantic is launching a new division, Activated Intelligence, to help mid-market firms transform scattered data into actionable business outcomes through integrated automation and AI governance.

Central to this offering is the AI Launchpad, a managed program that guides organizations through the transition from isolated experimentation to a structured, secure AI strategy. The service focuses on identifying governance gaps, assessing Microsoft 365 Copilot readiness, and prioritizing high-value use cases. Rather than focusing solely on early adoption, the division emphasizes the underlying data foundation and process management required to ensure AI investments yield measurable business impact.
