1,000 Dreams Fund Scales MentorHER via Global AI Platform
With global youth unemployment hovering at 20 percent, the 1,000 Dreams Fund has committed to a three-year expansion of its MentorHER initiative. Announced at the Clinton Global Initiative 2026, the project aims to connect 300,000 students and young professionals with career guidance using a new AI-driven digital infrastructure.
"We are leveraging AI to bring our core mentoring program to 300,000 people globally who have historically been shut out of the networks that open professional doors," said Christie Garton, founder and CEO of 1,000 Dreams Fund. The rollout will proceed in three phases over 36 months, moving from pilot testing to large-scale integration with university networks and corporate partners. Progress metrics will be submitted annually to the Clinton Global Initiative to track the impact on professional mobility for underserved populations.
