Key components of the integration include the Banno Digital Platform for retail and business banking, along with JHA Treasury Management to bolster services for commercial clients.
Centreville Bank Taps Jack Henry to Modernize Core Operations
As it approaches its 200th anniversary, the $3 billion-asset Centreville Bank is overhauling its digital infrastructure. The Rhode Island-based mutual bank has tapped Jack Henry to deploy a suite of cloud-based platforms, aiming to scale its commercial lending operations and automate internal workflows across its 26-branch network.

Jillian J. DeShiro, EVP and Chief Financial and Operating Officer at Centreville Bank, emphasized that the decision hinged on finding a scalable partner capable of evolving alongside customer demands. Beyond technical specs, the bank cited cultural alignment and Jack Henry’s focus on long-term innovation as primary drivers for the selection. The bank will also implement the Synapsys customer relationship management system and Enterprise Workflow tools to improve operational efficiency as it continues its expansion strategy.
