NiTEO Products Secures Licensing Deal for Pennzoil Specialty Chemicals
Dallas-based NiTEO Products has finalized a licensing agreement with SOPUS Products to manufacture and market a broad range of Pennzoil-branded automotive chemicals. The deal grants NiTEO rights to produce high-volume essentials, including brake and power steering fluids, fuel additives, and specialized degreasers for retail and professional channels.
NiTEO CEO John Rabenhorst noted that the addition of the Pennzoil brand is a strategic move, providing the company with a widely recognized name that complements its current automotive maintenance offerings. NiTEO currently manages a diverse array of brands, including Pyroil, Motor Medic, and Cyclo, alongside household names like OZIUM and Folex. The company is backed by the Dallas-based investment firm Highlander Partners, which oversees more than $3 billion in assets.
