Prevost Invests $8.1 Million in New Elk Grove Village Service Hub

The new 29,000-square-foot facility marks a significant jump from the previous 9,000-square-foot site. By boosting parts storage capacity to nearly 15,000 square feet and increasing service bays from three to five, the company aims to streamline operations in a key logistics corridor. The site also introduces a dedicated customer lounge and parking for 60 vehicles, aiming to balance industrial efficiency with operator convenience.

Branch manager Rob Senne emphasized that the move, located just five miles from their former premises, is designed to support higher volume and faster repairs. Beyond the physical site, the operation is bolstered by 10 mobile service vans and around-the-clock technician availability. This Illinois launch acts as a bellwether for the company’s wider infrastructure push, which includes upcoming service additions in Las Vegas and a new facility in Randleman, North Carolina, slated for early 2027.
