Financial data indicates that travelers are paying more for their seats. The average ticket price reached $624, up 17% from the previous year. Economy class tickets averaged $569, while premium class fares hit $1,454, reflecting steady demand for higher-end travel. Technological shifts continue to shape the booking landscape, with New Distribution Capability (NDC) transactions now accounting for 21.5% of all ARC-settled business. This represents a 3% growth in adoption compared to last year, with 1,221 agencies now reporting through the channel. The statistics reflect data from nearly 10,000 retail and corporate travel locations across the country.
