This complexity often obscures critical details, as documentation piles up across disjointed communication channels. By connecting directly to a firm's inbox, Finch builds a continuously updated record that cross-references estimates against historical data to identify missing line items or repair costs.
Thomas McLaughlin, founder and CEO of Finch, argues that the industry suffers from information asymmetry rather than a data shortage. The platform aims to move beyond simple summarization by reasoning across the entire lifecycle of a claim.
