Pivot to Manage Nashville's Hutton Hotel

The Georgetown Company has tapped Pivot, the lifestyle division of Davidson Hospitality Group, to operate the Hutton Hotel in Nashville. Located steps from Music Row, the 246-room property functions as a Tribute Portfolio hotel under the Marriott brand, anchoring its identity in the city’s deep-rooted creative and musical culture.

The management transition follows a recent renovation of the West End property, which includes the 5,000-square-foot music venue Analog and two professional-grade recording suites known as Writers Studios. Beyond its musical amenities, the hotel recently expanded its footprint by debuting The Spa at Hutton Hotel, a 3,200-square-foot facility aimed at integrating wellness into the guest experience. Dining at the property remains anchored by the Americana-inspired restaurant Evelyn's.

Michael Fishbin, managing director at The Georgetown Company, cited Pivot’s track record in operational excellence as the primary driver for the partnership. For Pivot, the assignment adds to a growing portfolio of lifestyle-focused properties, including Chicago's Hotel Zachary and Atlanta's Bellyard. Nick Gregory, executive vice president of operations at Pivot, stated that the firm intends to leverage the hotel's reimagined infrastructure to drive revenue growth while maintaining the property’s status as a cultural destination in Nashville.
