Marvion reports 21% revenue growth amid supply-chain diversification

Marvion Inc. posted a 21% increase in revenue for the first half of 2026, reaching $1.86 million, as the Nevada-based holding company expanded its footprint beyond traditional logistics into procurement and financial consulting services, according to the company’s latest quarterly filing with the SEC.

The company’s gross profit climbed 62% to $1.02 million, while income from operations rose to $286,524, up from $85,430 in the same period last year. This performance was bolstered by a significant 317% surge in operating cash flow, which reached $512,412. CEO and CFO Chan Sze Yu attributed the gains to a disciplined strategy aimed at scaling a more diversified supply-chain platform, specifically noting the successful launch of a procurement business in April 2026.

Despite these operational improvements, the company remains in a precarious financial position. As of June 30, 2026, Marvion reported a working capital deficit of approximately $3.89 million and disclosed a going-concern uncertainty. Management acknowledged that the firm’s continued viability relies on securing further shareholder support and external financing to meet its obligations while it pursues long-term growth in warehouse utilization and B2B logistics.
