Lake Ridge Bank Names Casey McClyman Chief Credit Officer
After a four-decade career in finance, Pete Graven is stepping down as Chief Credit Officer of Lake Ridge Bank. His departure on September 18 marks the culmination of a deliberate succession strategy, with veteran banker Casey McClyman stepping into the role to oversee the institution’s credit administration and risk management.

His successor, Casey McClyman, brings deep institutional knowledge to the position, having spent 20 years at the bank before a three-year tenure as Chief Credit Officer at Farmers Savings Bank. McClyman’s background spans business relationship management, retail services, and personal banking. CEO Jim Tubbs noted that McClyman’s history of local volunteerism and his upbringing in a small-business family align with the bank’s community-focused philosophy. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, McClyman previously served as a volunteer firefighter and EMS driver for 13 years in Mount Horeb.
