Out of nearly 400 entries submitted by over 100 manufacturers, Greenworks Commercial claimed four top honors and one finalist spot in the 2026 Pro Tool Innovation Awards. The recognition highlights the company's shift toward high-performance, battery-powered equipment capable of handling rigorous professional landscaping and construction demands.
Clint DeBoer, General Manager for the PTIA, noted that this year's winners demonstrate significant strides in manufacturing efficiency and technological integration. For Greenworks, the awards validate a long-term strategy focused on lithium-ion battery ecosystems. CEO Yin Chen stated that the recognition aligns with the company’s vision to redefine industrial expectations for battery power. Since 2002, Greenworks has centered its operations exclusively on battery-operated equipment, aiming to provide fleet-scale solutions that compete directly with traditional gas-powered alternatives.
