Clinicians purchasing Clarius portable ultrasound systems now gain automatic access to the POCUS Fundamentals Certificate, a partnership aimed at bridging the gap between buying diagnostic hardware and achieving clinical competency through a standardized, structured curriculum in ultrasound physics and core imaging applications.
Laurent Pelissier, founder and CEO of Clarius Mobile Health, noted that the bundle addresses the necessity for new users to build foundational knowledge alongside their initial experience with scanning. According to Jasmine Rockett, director of the POCUS Certification Academy at Inteleos, providing a device without a validated path to competence leaves too much to clinical chance. The collaboration arrives as the point-of-care ultrasound market faces significant expansion, with projections estimating growth from $4.16 billion in 2025 to $6.35 billion by 2030. The bundle is currently available to clinicians and institutions across North America.
