RedCloud Capital Acquires Stake in APS Environmental Group
A Denver-based private equity firm is betting on the fragmented environmental services market by partnering with APS Environmental Group. The deal provides the Bedford, New Hampshire-based company with fresh capital and strategic support to expand its reach across the New England and Mid-Atlantic regions through further acquisitions.
Kevin Mitchell, founder of RedCloud, pointed to the company’s high-barrier niche and technical depth as primary drivers for the investment. The partnership is expected to facilitate geographic growth and the integration of new capabilities. Consilium Partners acted as the exclusive financial advisor for the transaction, with debt financing provided by Southfield Mezzanine Capital and Tecum Capital Partners.
