Health Catalyst currently reports $2.8 billion in validated outcomes, a metric the company aims to expand under its new leadership structure.
Tami Reller Joins Health Catalyst Board Amid Executive Shuffle
Health Catalyst has appointed Tami Reller to its board of directors, effective October 1, 2026. Reller, a veteran executive with deep experience at the intersection of healthcare and technology, will chair the company's audit committee and join its compensation committee during a period of significant leadership transition.

Reller’s career spans both high-level financial oversight and clinical operations. During her tenure at Duly Health and Care, she served as President, CEO, and executive chair. Her resume also includes executive roles at UnitedHealth Group subsidiaries and board seats at SPS Commerce and Avalara. Reller stated that her decision to join the board was driven by her firsthand experience with the challenges health systems face when implementing new technology. She expects to leverage her dual background in software and provider-side delivery to help the company navigate its next phase of growth.
