Belfry Software is addressing this bottleneck by expanding its AI teammate, Belle, to handle real-time shift exceptions and launching a dedicated applicant tracking system directly within its operations platform.

Belle AI Dispatch now manages routine scheduling conflicts, such as missed clock-ins or abandoned posts, by reaching out to officers automatically. At Minneapolis-based LincRo Security Solutions, the tool successfully resolved 86 percent of 2,719 missed clock-in incidents without human intervention, allowing staff to focus on high-priority escalations. The company is also adding voice capabilities to these notifications to ensure faster responses for time-critical alerts.

Alongside dispatch, the platform introduces Belle AI Assistant, which allows operators to query internal data using plain language. Instead of manual spreadsheet exports, users can retrieve insights on site-specific attendance, overtime patterns, or expiring certifications by asking the system directly. These features are complemented by the new Belfry Recruiting module, which integrates applicant tracking with existing scheduling and payroll systems to streamline the transition from candidate to active officer. By centralizing hiring and operations, Belfry aims to replace disconnected tools with a unified workflow for security providers.
