The new facility, located at The Campus at Canopy Drive, serves as a relocation and expansion from the company’s former Braintree site. The purpose-built building features office space, training facilities, and a 14-bay maintenance shop specifically engineered to accommodate the heavy trucks and machinery essential to the firm's operations. Developing the site required extensive earthwork and dynamic soil compaction to stabilize the challenging landscape of a decommissioned cranberry bog.
indus Celebrates Construction Milestone at New Middleborough Headquarters
Project stakeholders and construction teams gathered in Middleborough, Massachusetts, on September 8 to mark the structural progress of the new indus headquarters with a ceremonial cross beam signing. The event highlighted the transformation of a former cranberry bog into a 96,500-square-foot facility designed for the pavement preservation company.

Kevin Quinn, President and CEO of Dacon Corporation, noted that the project required significant engineering to overcome the site's unique geological constraints. The construction utilized precast concrete panels to streamline assembly, a result of early-stage collaboration between Dacon and the project’s architectural partners. To commemorate the milestone, the development team presented a $12,500 donation to the Hannah B.G. Shaw Home through Dacon’s Designed with Dignity program, underscoring a commitment to local community support as construction continues toward completion.
