Joining him is Ted Lamson, Ph.D., the co-inventor of the UroLift system. Lamson, who guided the UroLift technology through FDA clearance and a $1.1 billion acquisition by Teleflex, will serve as a Strategic Advisor to the board.

These appointments arrive at a critical juncture for the company as it attempts to replace traditional, operator-dependent testing with the wireless, multi-channel Glean Urodynamics System. Founder and CEO Derek Herrera emphasized that the new leadership brings direct experience in navigating the transition from clinical innovation to standard-of-care adoption.
