The integration aims to solve the visibility gap inherent in traditional transactional databases. By processing signals that standard reporting tools overlook, the Emerix platform identifies churn risks and growth opportunities, automatically routing actionable tasks to the appropriate sales representatives. Continental expects to complete the full implementation within twelve weeks, a timeline significantly shorter than typical enterprise software deployments.
Continental Battery Systems Taps Emerix to Automate Sales Workflows
Continental Battery Systems has finalized a multi-year deal with Emerix to deploy an autonomous revenue protection workflow across its national sales network. The system monitors account health across 45,000 locations, providing territory representatives with targeted intervention strategies and giving leadership a real-time view of regional revenue performance.

"Staying ahead now means putting technology to work inside the way we actually run the business, not around it," said Jim Kitchen, Chief Information Officer at Continental Battery Systems. The company, which maintains over 160 locations and five regional distribution centers, intends to use these automated workflows to anticipate customer needs across its diverse portfolio of battery and energy storage products. Emerix CEO Ariel Palones emphasized that the value of such systems lies in immediate execution, noting that for a business managing two hundred branches, the bottleneck is often the inability to act on data while the window of opportunity remains open.
