Cresud Reports Fiscal Year 2026 Growth Driven by Record Grain Production
Argentine agricultural leader Cresud S.A.C.I.F. y A. posted a net income of ARS 372,280 million for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026, marking a significant increase from the previous year's gain of ARS 299,635 million as the firm expanded its regional footprint and benefited from rising commodity prices.

Beyond agribusiness, the company’s Urban Properties and Investments segment, managed through IRSA, contributed ARS 291,055 million to the adjusted EBITDA. Financial stability remained a priority throughout the year, with the company issuing approximately USD 256 million in notes to extend maturity profiles and lower financing costs. Shareholders were further rewarded through a dividend distribution of ARS 93,800 million, reflecting an approximate 8% yield. As of June 30, 2026, Cresud maintained a market capitalization of roughly USD 795.1 million.
