Galaxy Service Partners Acquires Wisconsin-Based Central Door Solutions

With the acquisition of Plover-based Central Door Solutions, Galaxy Service Partners marks its tenth expansion since launching last year. The deal integrates a two-decade-old Wisconsin operator into an alliance that prioritizes local management retention, providing a strategic foothold for Galaxy’s growing national network of commercial access and gate service providers.

Galaxy Service Partners Acquires Wisconsin-Based Central Door Solutions

Central Door Solutions, which operates from Plover and New Berlin, brings its recent acquisition, Fox Valley Overhead Door in Appleton, into the Galaxy fold. The partnership reflects Galaxy’s broader strategy of acquiring established regional players while allowing original owners to maintain unit-level stakes. This transaction serves as Galaxy’s fourth acquisition in 2026 alone, signaling a rapid consolidation phase for the organization.

Michael Aft, CEO of Galaxy, emphasized that the decision to partner was driven by a cultural alignment between the two firms. For co-owners Chris Brooks and Bruce Woyak, the move provides the capital and resources necessary to scale their operations across Wisconsin. By retaining existing staff and management, the companies aim to preserve the service standards established by Central Door Solutions since its founding in 2004.
