The global promotional campaign for the adaptation of Takeru Hokazono’s manga Kagurabachi is heading to Johannesburg and Melbourne. Following a successful summer run, the production team confirmed that the second phase of the world tour will bring the first 20 minutes of the show's premiere episode to international fan conventions.

The upcoming screenings at Comic Con Africa on September 27 and PAX Aus on October 11 will feature appearances by producer Kenta Suzuki. These events serve as a centerpiece for the project, which has already held previews in Los Angeles, Paris, Mannheim, and New York. The series, currently serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump, has reached a cumulative circulation of 4 million copies, cementing its status as a flagship title for the publication.

Produced by the animation studio Cypic, the project is helmed by director Tetsuya Takeuchi, known for his work on Sword Art Online II, with character designs by Keigo Sasaki. The protagonist, Chihiro Rokuhira, is voiced by 2025 Seiyu Award winner Taihi Kimura. While these preview screenings continue to build momentum across five continents, the studio plans to reveal details regarding the final stage of the tour and the Japanese premiere event later this autumn. The series is currently scheduled for a full broadcast and streaming release in April 2027.
