Bank of America will pull 1.425 billion CAD in senior debt from the market on September 15, 2026. The move targets two specific series of notes due in 2027, with the company opting to pay the full principal amount alongside all accrued and unpaid interest to holders.

The redemption covers 425 million CAD in floating rate senior notes and 1 billion CAD in 1.978% fixed/floating rate senior notes. Following the September 15 cutoff, interest accrual on these instruments will cease entirely.

Transactions will be processed through the protocols of CDS Clearing and Depository Services Inc. The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A. serves as the trustee for the notes, while Computershare Advantage Trust Company of Canada acts as the paying agent.
