Chicken Salad Chick Expands Mississippi Footprint with Brandon Opening
The first 100 guests at the new Brandon location of Chicken Salad Chick will secure free chicken salad for a year when the restaurant opens its doors on September 15. Located at 1480 West Government Street, the site marks the brand's 11th expansion into Mississippi.
This location is the fifth managed by franchise owners Shae and Blake Fuller, who began their partnership with the brand in 2018. Their previous Mississippi operations span Flowood, Madison, Hattiesburg, and Ridgeland. Beyond the commercial launch, the Brandon team is partnering with the Children’s Hospital of Mississippi for pre-opening fundraising efforts, continuing the national brand's focus on supporting local health initiatives and food banks.
