This U.S. milestone follows extensive testing in Europe, where the CASSINI-EU study has tracked subjects for over two years. Data from the European cohort shows no procedural mortality and consistent reduction of mitral regurgitation to mild levels in all implanted cases. InnovHeart CEO David J.
