A long-standing legal battle over intellectual property rights in cognitive health ingredients concluded this week as Aura Scientific agreed to recognize FutureCeuticals' patent claims. The resolution effectively terminates Aura’s NeuroRush product line while establishing a strategic supply partnership between the two companies for the ingredient CognatiQ.
For Aura Scientific, the transition serves as a replacement strategy for its discontinued NeuroRush ingredient. Kyle Seymour, Director of Product Development at Aura, stated that the switch to CognatiQ allows the firm to maintain product performance standards while gaining access to FutureCeuticals’ scientific data and research infrastructure.
