DSC Launches MORPH Platform to Integrate Custom Foams and Textiles
Portland-based material innovator DSC has introduced MORPH, an adaptable platform allowing brands to engineer multi-functional material systems. By merging proprietary DREAMCELL and DURAPONTEX foams with a vast array of textiles and films, the company aims to streamline the development of high-performance components for footwear and industrial applications.

At the foundation of this platform are DSC’s established foam technologies: the open-cell DREAMCELL and the closed-cell DURAPONTEX. By sandwiching these materials between specialized functional layers, designers can manipulate the tactile and physical properties of the final product with greater precision. Since its founding in 1945, the Dahsheng Company has focused on integrating these high-performance materials into the global sports and footwear manufacturing sectors, moving away from standard sheet materials toward fully engineered solutions.
