The Bedford-based company claims the 875 model represents its most significant engineering shift in years. By utilizing a lowering chassis skirt to create an airtight seal, the device concentrates 35,000 Pa of suction power directly into carpet pile rather than allowing airflow to escape. This mechanical redesign is intended to address one of the most persistent complaints in home robotics: the inability of standard vacs to extract deep-seated debris from rugs.
Beyond vacuuming, the unit incorporates an ultrasonic ThermaMist system that applies heated water to loosen dried stains, paired with a PowerSpin Max roller mop that exerts 18 Newtons of downward pressure. To navigate complex home environments, the robot employs PrecisionVision AI to identify over 300 household objects and DriLift technology to automatically retract its mopping components when carpet is detected. The system pairs with the AutoWash Dock, which handles roller cleaning at 176°F and debris disposal for up to 90 days.
