Among the top honors, James Roig from Fort Lauderdale, Florida, received the Catherine Monson Salesperson of the Year Award. Sam Leopard, representing the Fort Worth-Alliance location, earned the National Sales Achievement Award for recording the highest total sales for the period between July 2025 and June 2026.
FASTSIGNS Honors Top Sales Performers at 16th Annual Dallas Summit
More than 300 sales professionals gathered in Dallas last week for the 16th annual FASTSIGNS Outside Sales Summit, an event centered on professional development and network growth. The three-day conference highlighted individual achievements from the past year, awarding top performers for sales milestones ranging from $400,000 to over $4 million.
Corporate recognition extended to emerging talent as well. Logan Zagrodnik of Waukesha, Wisconsin, was named Rookie of the Year, while Jenna Metcalf of Grand Rapids, Michigan, took home the Rising Star Award following her transition into outside sales. Beyond the awards, 103 vendors participated in an interactive exhibition, and 56 individuals secured their status as Certified FASTSIGNS Sales Executives. The event concluded with a community service initiative that saw attendees assemble 100 backpacks for students supported by the organization Dallas Life.
