The 2025 Procedural Statistics Report underscores a shift toward "authentic restoration" rather than radical transformation. Facial fat grafting led the industry with 39 percent growth, while brow lifts jumped 29 percent and upper body lifts climbed 22 percent. Liposuction, breast augmentation, and tummy tucks remain the most performed surgical interventions, while neuromodulators and fillers continue to dominate the minimally invasive sector.
Weight loss journeys—specifically those involving GLP-1 medications—are increasingly influencing patient consultations. While 82 percent of surgeons reported discussing GLP-1 use with patients, the report notes these conversations do not necessarily translate to a direct spike in specific procedural categories. Instead, surgeons emphasize that the primary driver for interest remains the physical aftermath of life changes like aging, pregnancy, and significant weight loss.
