His appointment arrives as the organization seeks to scale its national programs amid increasing demand for safe battery collection and end-of-life management solutions.

Greenberg oversees the network’s customer-facing operations, tasked with broadening market reach and refining service delivery for safety and recycling. His mandate involves navigating the complexities of a shifting battery ecosystem, ensuring that manufacturers and consumers have reliable pathways for responsible disposal.

With nearly twenty years of industry experience, Greenberg previously directed supply chain operations at Solcoa Industries. His background also includes a tenure as a national account manager at Cirba Solutions, where he managed diverse recycling streams ranging from electric vehicle components to energy storage systems. According to CEO Leo Raudys, Greenberg’s expertise in supply chains and customer relations is intended to bolster the organization's ability to provide scalable safety solutions. Formerly known as Call2Recycle, The Battery Network has spent three decades coordinating nationwide collection infrastructure. The leadership change underscores a strategic shift toward deepening partnerships with OEMs and government entities to support a circular economy.
