Finlays Solutions has appointed Kristin Bird and Trevor Bynum as Independent Non-Executive Directors, signaling a strategic push to accelerate growth within the competitive food service sector. The pair joins founding director Jennifer Aspen Mason to provide high-level counsel as the company integrates its expanded North American manufacturing footprint.
CEO Darnell Ross noted that the expanded board provides the operational and commercial depth necessary to navigate the company's next phase. Bird brings over 25 years of experience in channel strategy and business transformation, while Bynum offers a track record of driving revenue growth and margin improvement from his time leading the Welch Foods cooperative. Together, the board will pressure-test corporate strategy and support the firm’s mission to provide beverage solutions for major global retailers and operators.
