The acquisition positions ZonPrep to control both ends of the Amazon supply chain. By bringing Wizard-Industries—which has focused on shipment creation and multi-warehouse routing since 2015—and FNSKU Studio’s warehouse operations software in-house, the company aims to accelerate its scaling capabilities. Founder Kayvon Nazarian noted that the integration of these platforms will allow ZonPrep to synchronize its 600,000 square feet of warehouse space in McDonough with the high-speed logic required for complex, modern inbound logistics.
ZonPrep Acquires Inbound Software Specialists Wizard and FNSKU Studio
By integrating the digital tools it once relied on as a client, Georgia-based supply chain operator ZonPrep has finalized the acquisition of Wizard-Industries and FNSKU Studio. The move consolidates the software responsible for moving over 20 million units into Amazon monthly under the company’s physical fulfillment infrastructure.

Despite the change in ownership, both software platforms will retain their original branding and remain accessible to existing third-party logistics providers and independent sellers. This continuity is intended to support the current user base while ZonPrep directs new investment toward product development. The deal follows a period of rapid physical growth for the firm, which recently reached a daily processing capacity exceeding 1 million units, highlighting a broader strategy to bridge the gap between physical warehouse labor and automated inventory orchestration.
