His background also includes a high-growth period as Chief of Stores at Hand & Stone Massage & Facial Spas, where he led the expansion from 140 to over 500 locations, navigating two separate private-equity transactions along the way.
Uni K Wax Appoints Jarred Fajerski as CEO to Lead Rapid Expansion
With nearly 40 operating studios and a pipeline of 31 additional locations, Uni K Wax has tapped franchise veteran Jarred Fajerski to serve as its new Chief Executive Officer. Fajerski arrives as the Aventura-based brand aggressively scales its footprint across nine markets and seven states through new openings and independent conversions.
Board members are positioning the hire as a strategic move to balance rapid scaling with unit-level profitability. Omar Simmons, Managing Partner of Exaltare Capital Management, noted that Fajerski’s track record demonstrates an ability to improve franchisee returns while executing aggressive growth targets. For his part, Fajerski emphasized that his immediate priority is supporting current franchise operators and maintaining the brand's signature service standards, which rely on the company’s proprietary, pine-based Elasti K Wax.
