Escoffier and Les Roches Partner to Bridge Culinary and Hospitality Education
Culinary students in the United States now have a direct pathway to elite European hospitality degrees through a new collaboration between the Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts and Les Roches Global Hospitality Education, providing scholarship-supported access to campuses in Switzerland and Spain.
Kirk T. Bachmann, provost and president of Escoffier’s Boulder campus, stated that the program is designed to integrate culinary craft with business strategy and leadership. Carlos Díez de la Lastra, CEO of Les Roches, noted that the convergence of these disciplines is critical for success in the modern experience economy. This collaboration expands Escoffier’s international reach, following previous academic ties with École Ducasse in France, and leverages Les Roches’ status as a top-ranked institution for hospitality management, as recognized by the 2026 QS World University Rankings.
