The 2025 report outlines a transition toward institutionalizing environmental, social, and governance (ESG) oversight. Lemtech Holdings Targets Carbon Reduction in 2025 Sustainability Push
Lemtech Holdings Co., Limited has released its second annual sustainability report, detailing a shift toward renewable energy integration and localized supply chain management. The Taipei-based firm reports that its subsidiary LPM(CN) now sources over 18% of its total electricity from on-site solar panels, marking a milestone in its governance strategy.

Supply chain efforts focused on regional stability and transparency. LPM(CN) convened its inaugural supplier conference last year to align partners on quality and sustainability expectations. The group also increased its reliance on local procurement across its operating sites, a move intended to bolster supply chain flexibility. Internal initiatives saw the launch of a standardized employee satisfaction survey and a childcare program designed to help staff balance professional and family obligations.
