The deal positions The Vistria Group as an ownership partner alongside Curi Capital’s current shareholders, including Curi and Wealth Partners Capital Group. For Curi Capital CEO Dimitri Eliopoulos, the move is a long-term play to scale the firm’s wealth management platform while maintaining its existing advisory teams and service model. Vistria’s involvement brings significant financial services expertise, with the firm eyeing Curi’s diversified client base, which ranges from mass affluent individuals to multi-generational families and healthcare professionals.
Curi Capital Secures Vistria Group Investment to Accelerate Expansion
Chicago-based investment adviser Curi Capital, managing over $14 billion in assets, has tapped The Vistria Group for a strategic capital injection. The partnership, slated to close in late September 2026, aims to fuel the firm’s technology upgrades, talent acquisition, and an aggressive push into new geographic markets via M&A.

Beyond domestic growth, the investment will prioritize the integration of advanced data analytics and client engagement tools. Curi Capital intends to use the fresh capital to broaden its reach by acquiring like-minded registered investment advisers. Wealth Partners Capital Group will continue to lead these inorganic growth efforts, leveraging its network to identify prospective acquisitions. Despite the change in ownership structure, the firm’s leadership emphasized that the daily client experience will remain unchanged, with current advisory teams continuing their work under the existing brand.
