The collaboration targets the rigid Size, Weight and Power constraints inherent in aerial robotics. By shifting from custom hardware assembly to this pre-integrated solution, OEMs can bypass months of development, moving directly into mission-critical testing. The setup relies on SiMa.ai’s Palette Neat software environment, which provides pre-optimized AI pipelines and reusable components to compress traditional multi-week coding sprints into a matter of hours.

Liran Bar, Vice President of Strategic Sales at SiMa.ai, noted that the industry currently demands more than raw processing power; it requires a balance of thermal efficiency and robust software. Alex Liu, VP at AVerMedia, added that the goal is to remove the engineering burden of system integration, allowing developers to prioritize innovation over hardware configuration. The integrated units are currently available for evaluation and production-scale orders.
