Henlius Reports 27% Revenue Jump as Global Expansion Accelerates
Shanghai-based Henlius Biotech reported a strong first half for 2026, with revenue climbing to 3.59 billion RMB and net profit rising 10.3% to 430.4 million RMB. The company’s focus on international commercialization and a diversified oncology pipeline is fueling its transition into a global multinational biopharmaceutical firm.

Innovation remains a central pillar, with R&D spending increasing 45.7% to 1.45 billion RMB. Henlius is currently advancing over 50 early-stage molecules, including next-generation antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) like HLX43 and multispecific T-cell engagers. By aligning its development timelines in China and the U.S., the firm aims to sustain this momentum, targeting the launch of 10 new products globally by 2030. CEO Dr. Jason Zhu noted that the dual-engine model—balancing mature biosimilar revenue with differentiated pipeline development—is effectively validating the company’s long-term commercial potential.
