Designed by the Rockwell Group, the site centers on Zenía, a 10-meter-tall sculpture by artist Daniel Popper that anchors the performance space. The layout transitions from daytime poolside lounging and beachfront daybeds to an active evening dance floor, aiming to bridge the gap between relaxed sunset gatherings and high-energy nightlife.
For the Savaya Group, the project represents a strategic reinvestment in Kuta. According to CEO Alex Cordova, the goal is to honor the area's legacy as Bali’s original tourism gateway while modernizing the experience for contemporary travelers. President Director of KAJA Group, Nadia Tjahyadikarta, emphasized that the venue was built to integrate local Indonesian spirit with a global aesthetic.
