The QKS Group assessment evaluates vendors based on a combination of technology excellence and overall customer impact. Analysts noted that Jumio’s platform has evolved to address the rising sophistication of digital fraud by utilizing cross-transaction risk analysis and a proprietary identity graph. This allows organizations to move beyond isolated verification, instead monitoring identity patterns throughout the entire customer lifecycle.

Divya Baranawal, Vice President at QKS Group, pointed to the company’s ability to weave biometric verification, liveness detection, and automated KYC and AML workflows into a single, cohesive framework. This approach enables businesses to recognize trusted users with reduced friction while simultaneously identifying complex threats. Jumio CEO Mark Lorion emphasized that this shift toward identity intelligence is critical as AI tools lower the barrier for entry for bad actors. By leveraging data signals across global transactions, the platform aims to provide enterprises with a more comprehensive view of user risk, supporting faster onboarding without compromising security standards.
