The financing, arranged by a syndicate led by Morgan Stanley Senior Funding, provides the liquidity necessary to acquire machinery and hardware for Hadrian’s growing network of factories. Joining Morgan Stanley in the deal were Western Alliance Bank, J.P. Morgan, First Citizens Bank, Customers Bank, HSBC Ventures, Axos Bank, and Texas Capital Securities. This debt capital follows a massive equity raise that valued the firm at $7.87 billion.
Hadrian Secures $360 Million Credit Line to Expand U.S. Factory Network
With a fresh $360 million revolving credit facility, Torrance-based Hadrian is moving to accelerate the buildout of its automated manufacturing infrastructure. The capital injection arrives just one week after the company closed a $1.37 billion Series D round, signaling aggressive expansion plans for its aerospace and defense production capabilities.

Hadrian CEO Chris Power noted that the facility bolsters the company's ability to scale industrial capacity for critical defense programs. The company currently manages four facilities totaling nearly 3 million square feet, including established sites in Torrance, California, and new operations in Alabama and Arizona. By integrating robotics and AI into its process engineering, the firm aims to solidify the domestic supply chain for space and defense manufacturing.
