With over three decades of industry experience, Jeannine Tait has been appointed as the chief human resources officer for Owens & Minor. CEO Jim Marshall highlighted that Tait’s focus on human capital is integral to the organization’s ongoing transformation and long-term growth. Before joining the Richmond-based healthcare solutions provider, Tait served as the chief human resources and communications officer for McGraw Hill, where she managed a structural overhaul of the HR division to support a digital enterprise strategy and a public offering. Her previous experience also includes a tenure at Solenis as vice president of total rewards and HR operations, where she oversaw workforce scaling and integration projects.

Tait now joins an executive leadership team that includes CFO Mike Lowry, COO Marc Rottink, Chief Commercial Officer Dirk Benson, and General Counsel Greg Sagstetter. Her mandate involves refining performance management, talent development, and culture-building initiatives across the company’s international operations. Owens & Minor, which transitioned to a private standalone company under the Platinum Equity portfolio at the end of 2025, continues to focus on its core healthcare supply chain services.
