The company’s shift toward cash-generating assets is reflected in its recent capital allocation. During the second quarter, Forum Markets repurchased 7.1 million shares—roughly 35% of its outstanding stock—at an average price of $4.42 per share. Chairman and CEO McAndrew Rudisill characterized the buyback as a deliberate move to capitalize on internal valuations rather than immediate asset expansion.
Forum Markets Pivots to Real-World Assets After Ether Sell-Off
Forum Markets reported second-quarter revenue of $1.4 million, a sharp sequential decline driven by the company’s strategic exit from digital asset staking. The Nasdaq-listed firm, which sold the bulk of its Ether holdings in March, is now aggressively redeploying capital into commercial aviation and AI infrastructure.

Following the quarter's end, the firm deepened its commitment to the aviation sector by deploying $23.7 million to acquire two additional commercial aircraft engines. These assets, now part of a five-engine portfolio under long-term lease to major U.S. carriers, are intended to provide the stable, contracted revenue streams the company lacked during its previous digital asset focus. While the firm reported a net loss of $12.4 million for the second quarter, management emphasizes that the results offer a cleaner view of the company’s evolving expense structure. Forum Markets maintains its full-year 2026 revenue guidance of $18 million to $22 million, with expectations that growth will be back-weighted as new AI infrastructure investments begin to contribute to the bottom line.
