The company, which stands as the only copper foil manufacturer to pursue a U.S. listing, placed approximately 4.3 million American Depositary Shares into the hands of public investors. Underwriting duties were shared by a syndicate including Cantor Fitzgerald, Huatai Securities, and CMB International. The capital raised will fund aggressive production expansion and research into high-performance materials, such as ultra-thin battery foils and high-frequency circuit board components.
Financial performance suggests the timing of the IPO aligns with a period of rapid growth. For the quarter ending March 31, 2026, Londian Wason reported revenue of 4.07 billion RMB, a 113.71% increase over the previous year. The company also shifted from a net loss to a 134.5 million RMB profit during that period. Chairman and Co-CEO Wang Guanran noted that the listing marks a transition for the company, which maintains a client roster featuring major manufacturers like LG Energy Solution, CATL, and Panasonic.
