In the second quarter of 2026, the company posted net revenue of R$ 14.1 billion, a 1.3% increase over the previous year. This performance pushed the 12-month consolidated revenue to R$ 57.2 billion. Profitability also showed marked improvement, with quarterly net income reaching R$ 196.9 million, more than double the R$ 87.3 million recorded in the first quarter of the year.
Operational margins remained resilient, as EBITDA hit R$ 1.2 billion for the quarter, reflecting an 8.7% margin. Management attributed this stability to the company's ability to pivot across its varied production origins in South America and Australia. The company's net leverage ratio improved to 2.9x, down from 3.2x in the same period last year, signaling a strengthening capital structure.
