Starting this fall, the collaboration will debut through the Lead from Who You Are workshop series. These one-day sessions, hosted in six cities at industry-leading companies, aim to help participants identify personal strengths and dismantle limiting beliefs. By utilizing methodologies popularized by The Oz Principle, the program seeks to prove that organizational culture is defined not by mission statements, but by the daily actions and mindsets of employees at every tier of an organization.
Women's Foodservice Forum Partners With Culture Partners to Expand Leadership Training
The Women's Foodservice Forum is moving to democratize executive-level management training by partnering with consultancy Culture Partners to provide its 8,000 members with a proven accountability framework, shifting the focus from top-tier corporate strategy to daily behavioral habits that drive measurable business results across the foodservice industry.

Kelli Valade, President and CEO of the Women's Foodservice Forum, emphasized that culture and business performance are inextricably linked. Having previously worked with brands like Chili's, Red Lobster, and Denny's, Valade noted that the partnership is designed to equip leaders with tangible tools that influence their day-to-day decision-making. Dr. Jessica Kriegel, Chief Strategy Officer at Culture Partners, added that the initiative intends to shift leadership from an accidental byproduct of a title to an intentional, daily practice. This rollout marks the beginning of a year-round development strategy aimed at fostering a more intentional, high-performance environment across the entire foodservice sector.
