The project, executed by New Hampshire-based RTA Outdoor Living, serves as an extension of the couple's recent interior renovations. By opting for a virtual design process, Kostek was able to preview the layout and finishes through 3D visualization, ensuring the outdoor setup matched the aesthetic of the main house. The final design features bright white plank-style exteriors paired with Thunder White granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.
The installation replaces a scattered collection of temporary equipment with a functional galley layout. The configuration includes two 12-foot islands—one housing a 42-inch Coyote grill and a 30-inch flat-top griddle, and the other dedicated to serving and storage—alongside a separate station for a hybrid pizza oven. Beyond the added cooking capacity, the kitchen includes built-in refrigeration and a pull-out ice chest to accommodate large family gatherings.
