The acquisition of Navi’s real estate business bolsters Vinci Compass’s footprint in the Brazilian REIT market. The deal includes funds across multi-strategy and residential segments, featuring four REITs currently listed on the Brazilian stock exchange or CETIP. CEO Alessandro Horta noted that the integration of these assets complements the firm’s existing real estate and credit franchises, aiming to scale operations within a high-performing segment of the industry. The transaction is slated to close in the fourth quarter of 2026.

Vinci Compass Investments delivered a 36% year-over-year increase in fee-related earnings for the second quarter of 2026, reaching R$89 million. Alongside these financial gains, the Latin American firm confirmed a strategic agreement to acquire Navi’s real estate platform, adding approximately R$800 million in assets under management to its portfolio.

Financial results for the quarter reflect broader operational momentum, with R$13 billion in capital formation and appreciation. The firm posted an adjusted distributable earnings figure of R$63.3 million, or R$0.96 per share. Shareholders of record as of August 25, 2026, will receive a quarterly dividend of US$0.17 per share on September 9. These figures arrive as the company manages R$361 billion in assets across its eleven offices in Latin America and the United States.
